This immersive training offers you the foundations of therapeutic touch, a lens into traditional Chinese medicine and a great opportunity for self-healing in a retreat style teaching model. During this exploration together, we learn:

• The threads of Zenthai ~ these are ways we can offer touch in a loving, therapeutic and effortless ways

• Full Zenthai treatment sequence ~ lots of giving and receiving bodywork gestures; fully supported with teachings, demonstrations and instructional guidance

• Introduction to functional anatomy ~ how to find certain bones and muscles that cause common imbalances of pain, stiffness, poor posture and movement

• The 5 elements of Nature ~ from the lens of TCM; the mind, memories and emotions relate to our meridians and acupressure points, so when we work on the meridians and chi, we can improve vitality, function and a greater sense of wellbeing in the heart

Together, we experience connection, community and heart-based medicine. This uniquely interactive immersion is run over 4 days. This offers you time to land, open and integrate. Zenthai Level 1 is a pre-requisite to our Zenthai Therapist Program.
