These are your first steps up on the zenthai journey. This immersive training offers you the foundations of therapeutic touch, a lens into traditional Chinese medicine and a great opportunity for self healing in a retreat style teaching model.

Our program offers a deeply immersive experience into bodywork, movement therapy, 5 element theory, anatomy and philosophy. It is delivered over 8 modules, each a s a 4 day intensive, approximately a month apart. The program commences in March and completes in December.

This training is more than a course in offering bodywork and traditional therapies; it is a journey of self-realisation.

Pregnancy Zenthai is an infusion of; pregnancy and remedial massage, zenthai shiatsu and ancient healing practices for pregnancy, birth, labour and post-partum. To offer a modality that is safe, effective, deeply healing and sacred it such a gift. Our intention is for learners to gain confidence and competence, along with a renewed inspiration of working with mothers and babies....yes, we work directly with baby too.

Structural Energetics is… observing, appreciating and instructing the body. Through a wholistic lens, it gathers perspectives of functional anatomy, myofascial meridians and 5 element theory.

The patterns in our movement, our posture, and how we hold ourselves are insights to the subtle and energetic experiences within. When our awareness meets these landscapes within the body-mind, we offer it an opportunity to heal.

10 days with heartful community, delving into lens of Structural Energetics, whilst immersed in traditional Balinese culture. Our Bali Family, the Komangs, host our Zenthai gathering; nestled in a coconut forest by the oceanside.

Dive Deep into the correlations of mind-body and how emotions can instruct and distort the physical body through movement, posture and injury.

Deepening your skills of sensing, seeing and feeling with specific assessment models and techniques for soft tissue imbalances.

Dive into the realm of myofascial meridians and visceral (organ) fascia. Notice when to listen, follow, guide and sculpt the fascia and how to apply techniques for different types and locations of fascia.
