Assists Artistry uniquely blends Zenthai Shiatsu therapy with Yoga Assists. This 50-hour training is designed for yoga teachers looking to deepen their embodiment and skills in touch. Teachers will not only learn applied assists but will also delve into the principles of Zenthai Shiatsu, exploring bodywork principles and specific sequences. This transformational modality leverages the most potent forms of touch to deepen connections to self and others, unlocking confidence in both structural and energetic assists that will transform the practice of all who are touched.
Join Brooke Elliston and Merryn Penington as we journey through the terrains of the internal landscapes, captivating the body with our nurturing and articulate touch. · The 3 Treasures are the seats to our centres and gateways to our inner sanctum. These energetic paradigms reside in the body as anchor points for wisdom and liberations for the soul path. They have many correlations to healing philosophies and different body maps. We learn the lens of structural and energetic perspective through functional movement, pain presentations, injuries and the subtle energetics that lay beneath the obvious. We reflect on soul purpose, alignment, values, conditioned beliefs and trauma distracting your path.
The Expression Centre

· The Expression Centre explores; hearts expressions, our freedoms, fixations and divine alignment. Our heart and head’s relationship is to be complementary and unified, this is not always the case. Sometimes the conversations of thought and feelings get swayed or entangled, which can affect our posture, freedom and movement around the shoulders, thoracic and neck. This module addresses these paradigms, both functionally, energetically and with a client centred focus within treatments and recommendations.

· The connection centre explores; our roots into the earth, the anchor point between our upper and lower body, where the pelvis meets the spine and how centred we feel in our purpose, direction and relationships.
· Explores the connections of movement and emotions within the lower back, pelvis and hips. Sensing into muscular imbalances, tension patterns and joint compression, we can sense the underpinning subtle world of mind, emotions and perspective
